Our certified quality management system has been in place since 1997. The design and engineering division was added in 2010. As a certified welding specialist, we meet both national and international standards. Certifications, approvals (e.g., Germanischer Lloyd), and process qualifications—as well as the individual qualifications of our employees in production and quality assurance—ensure a consistently high standard of quality.

Company Certificates

Our company is certified according to the following approvals.

AD 2000 HP0 / HP100R

German standards for the manufacturing and testing of pressure vessels. HP0 defines the requirements for production, including welding and quality control, while HP100R outlines the requirements for the repair and modification of existing pressure vessels. Both ensure the safety and reliability of pressure equipment.

DIN EN ISO 3834-2

Defines comprehensive quality requirements for welding processes in the manufacturing of metal products. It covers materials, personnel, equipment, and procedures, ensuring high-quality welded constructions suitable for demanding applications across various industries.

DIN EN ISO 45001:2023

Is an international standard for occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS). It sets out requirements to help organizations provide safe and healthy workplaces, prevent work-related injuries and illnesses, and continuously improve their occupational health and safety performance.

EN 1090-2Exc. 3

A standard for highly complex steel structures such as bridges and high-rise buildings, setting strict requirements for materials, welding, and quality control. It ensures safety and reliability in demanding projects.

DIN EN 10204:2005

Authorization to transfer the marking (re-stamping) of metallic materials with inspection certificates 2.2 and 3.1 in accordance with DIN EN 10204:2005.

PED 2014/68/EU Annex I, Section 3.1

Outlines the essential safety requirements for the design of pressure equipment and ensures that it can be operated safely under all intended conditions.

DIN EN ISO 14001:2015

An international standard for environmental management systems (EMS). It helps organizations optimize their environmental processes, comply with legal requirements, and continuously improve their environmental performance.

Quality of Our Welding Work

As a specialized welding company, we are, of course, certified according to current regulations. A wide range of procedure qualifications has been carried out, and personal certifications are in place for MAG, TIG, submerged arc, and semi-automated welding. Controlled production and process monitoring are ensured through compliance with ISO 9001:2015.

DIN EN ISO 15609-1

Defines the requirements for the preparation of welding procedure specifications and ensures that all relevant parameters for welding metal parts are correctly established to guarantee high quality and safety of the weld seams.

Richtlinie 2014/68/EU (DGRL)

Regulates the design, manufacture, and testing of pressure equipment within the EU to ensure their safety and reliability under operating conditions.

AD2000HP0

A technical code from Germany that governs the design and construction of pressure vessels and other pressure equipment. It specifies the safety and compliance requirements of the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and is, of course, an integral part of our company’s certification.

DIN EN ISO 9606-1

Defines the requirements for welder qualification and ensures that welders are capable of producing high-quality welds in accordance with specified procedures and material requirements.

DIN EN ISO 15614-1

Our company qualifies all welding procedure tests according to DIN EN ISO 15614-1, Level 2, ensuring cross-industry validity. Additionally, all welding procedure specifications are prepared in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15609-1.

Qualität unserer Schweißarbeiten

Als spezialisiertes Schweißunternehmen sind wir selbstverständlich gemäß den aktuellen Vorschriften zertifiziert. Eine Vielzahl an Verfahrensprüfungen wurde durchgeführt, und persönliche Prüfzeugnisse für MAG-, WIG-, Unterpulver- und Teilautomatisiertes Schweißen liegen vor. Die kontrollierte Produktion und Prozessüberwachung wird durch die Einhaltung der ISO 9001:2015 gewährleistet.

DIN EN ISO 15609-1

legt die Anforderungen für die Erstellung von Schweißanweisungen fest und sorgt dafür, dass alle relevanten Parameter für das Schweißen von Metallteilen korrekt definiert sind, um eine hohe Qualität und Sicherheit der Schweißnähte zu gewährleisten.

Druckgeräterichtlinie 2014/68/EU

regelt die Konstruktion, Herstellung und Prüfung von Druckgeräten in der EU, um deren Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit unter Betriebsbedingungen zu gewährleisten.

AD2000HP0

Ein technisches Regelwerk aus Deutschland, welches die Konstruktion und den Bau von Druckbehältern und anderen Druckgeräten regelt. Sie konkretisiert die Sicherheits- und Konformitätsanforderungen der europäischen Druckgeräterichtlinie (DGRL) und ist in unserem Betrieb selbstverständlcih teil der Zertifizierung.

DIN EN ISO 9606-1

legt die Anforderungen an die Qualifikation von Schweißern fest und stellt sicher, dass diese in der Lage sind, qualitativ hochwertige Schweißnähte gemäß den festgelegten Verfahren und Materialanforderungen auszuführen.

DIN EN ISO 15614-1

Unser Unternehmen qualifiziert alle Verfahrensprüfungen nach DIN EN 15614-1 in Stufe 2, was eine branchenunabhängige Gültigkeit sicherstellt.
